Trimvio Privacy Commitment

Trimvio is designed to be a high-fidelity video editor that respects your privacy by default. Unlike traditional cloud-based editors, Trimvio does not require an account, does not upload your footage, and does not track your creative process.

Zero Data Collected

Our business model is simple: we provide a tool, not a data-mining service. Trimvio does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. This includes:

No names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
No location tracking or IP logging.
No telemetry or analytics about your hardware or usage habits.

100% Local Processing

Every creative action you take happens entirely on your machine. When you import a video, trim a clip, or generate automatic captions, that data is processed locally by your CPU and GPU. We do not have a "cloud" where your videos are stored, even temporarily.

Regarding AI Captions

The speech-to-text models used for automatic captions are downloaded once and run entirely offline. Your audio data is never sent to a server for transcription.

Your Rights & Control

Since we do not collect your data, you are always in full control. There is no account to delete because there is no account in our system. You can uninstall Trimvio at any time to remove all local configuration files associated with the software.
